When do you ship orders?
We ship live plants on Mondays and Tuesdays only to avoid weekend delays. Orders containing live plants placed on or after Tuesday will ship in the next Monday and Tuesday cycle.
Non-plant items may ship any day between Monday and Friday.
If your order includes a live plant, the entire shipment will follow the plant shipping schedule to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Do you accept returns?
- We do not accept exchanges or refunds for live plant orders.
Each order is packed with care and attention to detail. However, once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for its handling. This includes:
- Shipping delays
- Temperature-related damage
- Lost or mishandled items during transit
We strongly recommend selecting a shipping upgrade for added reliability and tracking.

Can I Get Help With My Plants After Purchase?
Once you’ve welcomed a plant from Perri Essence into your space, our support doesn’t stop at delivery. We’re here to help you thrive. For any questions or care guidance related to your purchase, our team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Perri Essence is not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. We are unable to make changes once an order has been submitted.
We pride ourselves on our quick response to inquiries. If you have questions about your order, plant care, or delivery, don’t hesitate to reach out. For any claims or concerns, please contact us within 1 hour of the delivery timestamp and include an unboxing video to support your request.
